Project Director, Clinical Operations - Remote

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Project Director, Clinical Operations on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, in the Horsham PA area in the US. Fully-remote working may be considered.

In Short

• Develop and implement the strategy for assigned projects.
• Manage projects at a global level ensuring client satisfaction.
• Meet project deliverables: timelines, budget, and quality.
• Set project plans and monitor adherence.
• Plan and manage Project Boards for assigned projects.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Achieve Project KPIs and share best practices.
• Define and manage internal and external communications.
• Provide scientific and operational input to proposals.
• Maintain relationships with Sponsors.

Requirements

• University Degree in scientific and/or medical disciplines.
• At least eight years of Clinical Research experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
