In Short

• Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms
• Create and evolve information architectures including sitemaps, navigation models, and content hierarchies
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate experience logic
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to align UX with messaging and business goals
• Partner with visual designers to ensure UX intent carries through to final design
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and insights synthesis
• Present UX concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data
• Support multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in an agency setting preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies
