Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be focused on supporting a highly available and extremely secure production environment, analyzing reliability, and improving operations through coding.

In Short

Support a secure production environment.
Analyze reliability and improve operations.

Work with a Ruby codebase.
Debug global web applications.
Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

Experience with enterprise or cloud environments, especially AWS.
Proficient in Ruby, Go, Python, or Bash.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Experience in supporting production environments.
In-depth knowledge of *nix system administration.
Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana and Prometheus.
