Circles is a French FemTech brand offering 100% natural solutions for female hormonal balance. We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Brand Designer to elevate the Circles brand.

• Lead brand and design audits across customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience, preferably within fast-paced DTC/e-commerce environments.
• Proven track record of leading brand audits and design overhauls across web, email, social, packaging, and paid media.
• Strong strategic thinking – not just how it looks, but why it works.
• Expert-level proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience creating brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in freelance/contract roles and can manage projects independently.
