Independent Travel Planner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for professionals to join our team. If you have experience in the travel industry, it's a plus, but if not, we will train you to start your career as an independent travel agent from home. This is a 100% online position.

In Short

• Preparation of quotes including sales of transfers, accommodations, tours, activities, car rentals, and more.
• Management of issues that arise during trips, complaints, or refunds.
• Creation of itineraries and all necessary documentation to meet client needs.
• Data entry into our software and keeping client files updated.

• Be organized, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and social networks.
• Must feel comfortable working in a remote environment.
