Independent Travel Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking professionals to join our team. If you have experience in the travel industry, that's a plus, but if not, we will train you to start your career as an independent travel agent from home. This is a 100% online position.

In Short

• Support in quoting travel requests including transfers, accommodation, tours, car rentals, and more.
• Assist in managing issues or inconveniences that arise during travels, complaints, or refunds.
• Prepare itineraries and all necessary documentation to meet client needs.
• Enter data into our software and keep client files updated.

• Be organized, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and social media.
• Must feel comfortable working in a remote environment.
