Overview

We are looking for professionals to join our team. If you have experience in the travel industry, it's a plus, but if not, we will train you to start your career as a freelance travel agent from home. This is a 100% online position.

In Short

• Support in quoting travel requests including transfers, accommodation, tours, and activities.
• Manage issues or inconveniences that occur during travel, complaints, or refunds.
• Prepare itineraries and all necessary documentation to meet client needs.
• Enter data into our software and keep client files updated.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
