Independent Travel Advisor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Independent or Freelance Travel Coordinator to join our team, working remotely. You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for your own clients using our online booking system with multiple suppliers.

In Short

• Plan and execute vacations (cruises, hotels, tours, activities, theme parks, car rentals, and more).
• Book vacations according to client-selected proposals.
• Process and generate payment links on behalf of clients.
• Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after the trip.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
• Work well in a group or team environment.
• Stay updated on the travel industry and policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
• Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on client interests.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to precision and detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and internet literacy.
• No personal travel experience required, but it is a plus.
