Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Travel Coordinator to join our team, working remotely. You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for your own clients using our online booking system.

In Short

• Plan and execute vacations including cruises, hotels, tours, and more.
• Book vacations according to client selections.
• Process and generate payment links for clients.
• Provide necessary documents to clients before and after travel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and suppliers.

• Stay updated on industry and travel policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
• Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to make travel recommendations based on client interests.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to precision and detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and internet literacy.
• No personal travel experience required, but it is a plus.
