In Short

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Split your time between remote supervision and in-person visits
  • Receive layered support from Clinical Directors and Clinical Excellence Team
  • Enjoy predictable caseloads and manageable schedules
  • Participate in exclusive internal training events

Requirements

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience in delivering ABA therapy
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop individualized behavior plans
  • Commitment to client-centered care
  • Experience supervising Behavior Technicians
  • Ability to engage and train parents
  • Strong organizational skills
