A Supervising Clinician at Centria is responsible for overseeing ABA Therapy and guiding Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards while practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the company's core values.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Crisis management experience preferred.
• Active state license when applicable.
• Completion of an 8-hour supervision course within the first 30 days.
