Security Engineer (H/F) - Remote

Overview

Centreon is looking to strengthen its security team by integrating a Senior Security Engineer who will play a central role within the R&D team, impacting the product significantly.

In Short

• Integrate security practices into the complete cycle of our infrastructure and cloud platform.
• Contribute to the development of a robust security architecture aligned with the zero trust model.
• Enhance cloud security (AWS, on-prem), participate in hardening infrastructure, and protect against advanced threats.
• Actively participate in a diverse team of security engineers, software engineers, DevOps, and SRE.
• Ensure maintainability and scalability of components by disseminating state-of-the-art security best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, infra team, and product to build secure by design products and services.
• Build an effective incident response strategy using modern alerting and detection systems.
• Be an active member of the security guild.
• Manage Bug Bounty programs.
• Optional: skills or experience in corporate IT security (SSO/IAM, EDR...).

Requirements

• Expertise in AWS and cloud security.
• Experience with Terraform and security best practices.
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills in security incident management.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools.
• Experience in Bug Bounty management.
• Interest in corporate IT security is a plus.
