In Short

• Position starts at $85,000-$95,000 per year based on experience
• Paid training

• Independently conduct sessions for assigned caseload
• Supervise program implementation and documentation
• Provide in-field training to direct reports
• Maintain appropriate progress notes and reports
• Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals
• Provide clinical support and training to team members
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• BCBA Credential Required
• Two years of experience with children with autism
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies
• Able to communicate effectively, bilingual preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work in diverse settings
• Proficient in computer/word processing software
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Exercise confidentiality and discretion
