Part-Time ESOL Instructor and Program Support - Remote

Overview

The International Center provides educational programming for immigrants and refugees with the goal of improving learners’ English proficiency and communication skills. The incumbent will develop, design, and deliver thoughtful and effective ESOL classes and provide individual support and connection to services for English Language Learners.

In Short

• Part-time position, 30 - 34 hours per week.
• Salary: $38.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, ESOL or related field; Masters preferred.
• Experience with adult ESOL learners in a community-based program.
• Experience with online instruction.
• Experience with BEST Plus preferred.
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience with community outreach is a plus.
