Overview

Catch Creation is a global eCommerce company built for the digital age, specializing in creating, growing, and managing online brands. This role involves launching and scaling native ad campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.

In Short

Launch and scale Taboola and Outbrain to a target of ~$25K/day in profitable spend.
Structure campaigns and creative tests across platforms.
Manage performance metrics including bid modifiers and dayparting.
Determine test winners using a structured performance framework.
Set up tracking in Voluum with attribution reconciled against Northbeam.
Brief creative teams based on performance data.
Navigate compliance reviews for ad creatives.
Own reporting on channel health and scale trajectory.

Requirements

3+ years of experience buying on Taboola and Outbrain.
Direct-response background, preferably in e-commerce.
Fluent in Voluum or equivalent click tracker.
Comfortable with Northbeam or comparable MTA platform.
Strong instincts for advertorial funnels.
Disciplined testing methodology.
Experience in building a channel from scratch.
