Staff Fullstack Engineer, Product Development Team - Remote

Our app-based, dual-sided solution empowers hospitals and health systems to better manage their internal staffing resources while seamlessly connecting with a flexible, local network of per diem clinicians.

In Short

• Build and maintain features across the stack (Rails, React)
• Set technical direction for the team and guide architectural decisions
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Expand and maintain Rails-based APIs and backend services
• Contribute to tooling and CI/CD workflows
• Help define product vision and strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills across teams
• Deep understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
