CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a UX Architect with a track record of designing sophisticated, intuitive, and impactful digital brand experiences that are informed by qualitative and quantitative user research and accessibility best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• 4-year degree in design or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with human-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Knowledge of Agile product development is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines is a plus.
