Overview

The UX/UI Designer is a valued contributor on the UX/UI Design team at Capital Rx, a health technology company, responsible for crafting designs for cross-functional product teams while ensuring consistency across products.

In Short

Serve as a UX/UI designer for product teams.
Collaborate with other designers to create consistent experiences.
Work with product managers and developers to define product requirements.
Deliver iterative UX/UI improvements in 2-week scrum cycles.
Advocate for users to reduce workflow friction.
Contribute to all phases of the design process.
Facilitate user testing and persona development.
Collaborate to establish best practices for interfaces.
Contribute to the in-house Design System component library.
Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Experience with Enterprise software or SaaS preferred.
Strong knowledge of Figma, XD, or Sketch.
Basic user research experience.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Front-End frameworks.
Experience in driving design from concept to delivery.
