Overview

The Appeals Technician is responsible for managing incoming requests for appeals while ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.

Requirements

• 1+ years as a certified pharmacy technician in managed care or PBM.
• Active certified pharmacy technician license required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
