Project Manager - Ubuntu Embedded Systems - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager for Canonical’s Devices business, this role is responsible for the coordination and completion of large complex customer-facing projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and acting as the primary delivery liaison between Canonical's engineering teams and Canonical's customers.

Requirements

• Solid project management experience in delivering engineering services
• Extensive experience managing projects with cross-cultural resources
• Educational degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
• Good knowledge of Linux and Open Source Software
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• PMP/PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification preferred
• Ability to work non-standard hours
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year
