Overview

The Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent is responsible for selling life and critical illness insurance to consumers while maintaining compliance and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Provide advice and needs analysis for prospective clients.
• Complete sales applications accurately.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Communicate with clients through verbal and written modes.
• Support marketing and sponsor campaigns.
• Sell and service life insurance products.
• Maintain life insurance licensing in good standing.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide information and answer inquiries from clients.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses.
• Prior experience in a call center preferred.
• Proven sales background.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Ability to follow scripts and regulations.
• Post-secondary school graduate or equivalent.
• Reside in Quebec.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
