Admissions Counselor - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Counselor will increase overall student enrollment, educate prospective students on the value of Campus, and participate in the college admissions process.

In Short

• Make outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chats to potential students.
• Own the full-cycle admissions process.
• Evaluate prospective students' needs and provide clear information.
• Present accurate information regarding the school and programs.
• Generate inquiries that convert to enrolled students.
• Assist in reducing pre-enrollment attrition.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in higher education admissions.
• Experience in a KPI/metric driven environment.
• Deep understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Passion for ensuring access to higher education.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRM system is a plus.
