RN Supervisor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a RN Supervisor position, providing weekly hours of clinical oversight, RN engagement, and regulatory support. In Short

• Conduct RN engagement assessments and ensure all engaged RNs receive appropriate guidance and support.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to a team.
• Maintain regular communication regarding performance, documentation, adherence to protocols, and client safety.
• Review and approve nurse-delegated tasks in compliance with Texas Board of Nursing standards and agency policies.
• Recruit additional RNs as needed based on organizational growth and client care needs.
• Manage the onboarding and training process to ensure new RNs understand company protocols, client care expectations, and documentation standards.
• Provide coaching and implement corrective actions when documentation does not meet standards.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify clinical risks, gaps, or process improvements.
• Schedule hours flexibly based on RN engagement cycles, delegation reviews, or onboarding demands.
• Supervisory hours will be paid at an enhanced rate of $60-$70/hour (based on experience).

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license in good standing (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing delegation, medication management, regulatory compliance, and RN oversight requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to clinical detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor other nurses professionally.
