• Build trusting relationships with clients from introduction to deployment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product management or consultancy.
• Experience in user research and translating needs into technical requirements.
• Exposure to collaborative environments with designers and developers.
• High diligence in documentation.
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus.
• Basic coding skills are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.
