Remote Sessional Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Overview

The Remote Sessional Counsellor/Psychotherapist will provide high-quality counselling services to Bupa customers while working from home. This role is focused on delivering effective mental health support through various service delivery models.

Requirements

• BACP Accredited membership required.
• Minimum of 450 supervised counselling hours.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification counselling experience.
• Experience in general adult mental health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic medical records.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads.
• Effective time management skills.
• Experience in corporate settings is desirable.
• Understanding of KPIs and fast-paced environments.
