Bookkeeper / Accounting Analyst (Trial Balance) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Analyst to support the finance function on a short-term project basis. This role is fully remote and suited to a hands-on professional who can independently manage bookkeeping activities through to trial balance.

In Short

• Duration: Minimum 2 months (immediate start)
• Location: Fully remote
• Fluent German & English required
• Verification and posting of all financial transactions
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts, credit card expenditure, and bank statements
• Preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports up to trial balance level
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong hands-on experience with DATEV or similar
• Full access to your own accounting software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months’ experience in bookkeeping / accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Immediate start required
