Brillio is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Expert to join its Technology Solutions organization, where you will influence the Managed Services technology stack and support systems to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
• Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of ServiceNow deployment and development experience.
• Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with understanding consumer insights and market trend analysis.
• Experience in a multi-channel/multi-region brand.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive experience with Developer Portal & API for ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise in Telecom Service Management and related modules.
