L1 Production Support Engineer - Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) - Remote

Overview

Brillio is seeking a sharp, resourceful, and customer-focused L1 Production Support Engineer with experience supporting mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of our mobile apps in production.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to production incidents for mobile apps.
• Troubleshoot mobile-specific issues including crashes and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct performance testing across mobile platforms.
• Analyze user journeys and behavioral data.
• Validate mobile API endpoints using Postman.
• Log and manage incidents via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Communicate updates and technical insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Work in a fast-paced, shift-based or on-call environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in L1 production support.
• Hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android applications.
• Strong debugging skills using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and S3.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics.
• Working knowledge of version control systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
