In Short

• Handle a variety of litigation matters including wrongful death and business disputes.
• Manage every aspect of cases from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with team members and be mentored by experienced partners.
• Prepare pleadings and draft motions and legal briefs.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively.
• Must reside in Southern California for occasional in-office meetings.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and California State Bar admission required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, particularly in tort claims.
• Proven experience in legal strategy and case management.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Proficiency in arguing motions and trial experience preferred.
• Desire to collaborate with team members.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
