Overview

The Guest Empowerment Team Member works as part of a remote team to enhance the travel experience for guests by resolving technical issues and providing support through digital channels.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of customer service experience
  • Excellent writing skills and reading comprehension
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Typing proficiency at 50 WPM
  • Multi-channel customer engagement experience
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Regular verification of high-speed internet
  • Ability to connect to VPN and complete multi-factor authentication
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
