• Assist guests with vacation packages, bookings, upgrades, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Serve as a personal vacation concierge for seamless guest experiences.
• Proactively prevent tour cancellations and address concerns.
• Educate guests on local activities and resort amenities.
• Manage guest activities and ancillary packages.
• Process bookings and transactions accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company policies.
• Support other departments during peak times.

• Participate in ongoing training and meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed attitude.
