Requirements

• Experience working with Global Beauty or personal care brand.
• Strong background in traditional advertising.
• Proven expertise with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
• Deep knowledge of GenAI techniques.
• Critical eye for detail in evaluating GenAI outputs.
• Passion for AI and new technology.
• Outstanding leadership and team-management skills.
• Prior agency experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong commercial acumen.
