Offshore Fund Accountant - Remote

Overview

As an Offshore Fund Accountant, you will support the Finance and Accounting team of a key client in the real estate investment sector, ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting, compliance, and reporting tasks.

In Short

• Prepare asset-level IRR and equity multiple calculations quarterly.
• Update the Loan Dashboard quarterly with accurate loan balances.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and cash summaries.
• Download and reconcile quarterly NCREIF data.
• Review and approve employee expense reimbursement reports.
• Verify corporate billbacks and shared-cost allocations.
• Prepare W-9 forms and assist with tax return preparation.
• Organize vendor invoices for payment processing.
• Assist with audit support requests in a timely manner.
• Perform retained earnings transfers in Yardi annually.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in audit or public accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
