Windows Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Windows Administrator will work remotely as part of the Unified Web Hosting Team, providing support and managing web hosting solutions on Windows platforms while collaborating with various IT teams.

• Provide visibility on service delivery status and create operating procedures.
• Expertise in web hosting and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS.
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Expertise in IIS, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/Core, and web security.
• Knowledge of web publishing and deployment tools.
• Experience in load balancing and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft SQL database infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, HTTP, FTP, SSL/TLS, and related protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD deployments and container technologies.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to write documentation and reports.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
