Project/Program Manager (Medicare Advantage) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with deep Medicare Advantage expertise to manage and drive complex healthcare initiatives.

In Short

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Medicare Advantage projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and timely delivery.
• Oversee compliance with CMS regulations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Track progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Support operational efficiency within project workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Medicare Advantage projects.
• 4–5 years experience using Jira and Confluence in Agile settings.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management best practices.
• Certifications like PMP or CSM preferred.
• Experience in healthcare technology or operations preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS reporting and audit processes preferred.
