Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent).
• Active clinical license preferred.
• 10 years of experience in clinical quality and operations.
• Deep understanding of telehealth and digital innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with quality frameworks and standards.
• Proven leadership in building scalable clinical programs.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to articulate trends in mental healthcare.
• Experience presenting to external stakeholders.
