In Short

• Advise retail clients on Board solutions for merchandising and planning.
• Analyze retail business processes and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and develop concepts.
• Act as a sparring partner for clients with practical experience.
• Support creation of prototypes, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in a retail environment (merchandiser, business analyst, etc.).
• Passion for retail and technology.
• Experience with BI or analytics solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and processes.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Analytical mindset for practical solutions.
• Good knowledge of Excel; interest in learning Board.
