Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in a human services field preferred.
• At least three years of management experience.
• Two years of experience in mental health or human services.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems required.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Experience managing remote teams preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
