As a media agency in the heart of Berlin, we produce virtual tours for our clients in the B2B sector and need your support!

In Short

• Organize and manage our virtual tours
• Act as a point of contact for customers, sales staff, photographers, and partners
• Independently handle daily business in SAP
• Process customer inquiries via phone and email
• Create and modify invoices
• Handle change requests and complaints

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience as an office manager, assistant, or similar
• Experienced in using common MS Office applications
• Affinity for technology and Google products
• Excellent organizational skills and structured thinking
• Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
