Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will support Finance Business Partners and BP&A GBS leadership with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support planning and budgeting efforts for assigned business units.
• Maintain financial planning models and develop forecasts.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close.
• Track and analyze actual performance against plans.
• Collaborate with BP&A GBS leadership and business partners.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Use globally standardized tools for reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance/process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum of 1 year of finance experience.
• Experience with month-end close and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP, Workday, and Power BI preferred.
• Ability to analyze variances and business implications.
• Strong collaborative working style.
