Overview

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Chino, CA.

In Short

Assist community manager in maintaining the property.
Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts.
Approve move-in files and promote lease renewals.
Manage resident relations and team building.
Handle various responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.
Host open houses and market vacancies.
Confirm rental application data and personal references.
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions.
Communicate lease agreement information accurately.
Maintain knowledge of property market status.

Requirements

AA certificate / BS degree in real estate or similar.
Access to reliable transportation.
80% driving required for this position.
