Graphic Designer with UX/UI & Motion - Remote

Overview

Responso is a customer service platform designed for E-commerce, helping online stores manage communication with customers more efficiently. We are in a phase of rapid scaling and expanding our tool with new functionalities and entering foreign markets. Our marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a designer to take care of our brand's visual communication and user experience.

In Short

• Create graphic materials for marketing activities: landing pages, ads, banners, social media, presentations.
• Design and optimize product interfaces and onboarding materials (UX/UI).
• Participate in creating and developing a cohesive visual system for the Responso brand.
• Collaborate on video productions and tutorial creation (e.g., preparing graphics, animations, editing).
• Work with the content, product, and development teams on project realization.
• Prepare and export resources ready for implementation (web, mobile, print).
• Conduct UX analysis and propose improvements based on user data and feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a designer (graphic + UX/UI).
• Impressive portfolio showcasing experience in designing banners, email marketing graphics, social media graphics, logos, and product/interface projects (UX/UI).
• Excellent knowledge of Figma (our primary tool).
• Understanding of social media platform specifics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in the context of designing marketing graphics.
• Practical experience in designing and optimizing digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and tracking the dynamically changing requirements of these platforms.
• Ability to create strong key visuals and develop cohesive graphic concepts for all online formats (digital first).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and at least a good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to design and create short animations (motion graphics) for marketing purposes (e.g., video ads, animated banners, social media content).
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic work and product/interface projects.
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Ability to proactively identify visual and product issues and propose innovative and effective solutions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (the work dynamics and project variety are high).
• Experience in designing and preparing print materials (DTP), including POS elements and trade show booth visualizations.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
