Overview

The Grants Manager will oversee the lifecycle of Ayuda’s grant funding, ensuring compliance and managing reporting to support the organization’s strategic goals.

• Lead and facilitate government proposals

• Represent Ayuda at meetings with supporters

• Contribute to strategy for grant funding growth

Requirements

• 3-5 years of grant writing experience
• Experience managing grants in the nonprofit sector
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience supervising staff
• Knowledge of grant budgeting
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work legally in the USA
• Ability to meet physical requirements in an office environment
