Overview

The Group Copy Supervisor at Avalere Health is responsible for driving the creative development of high-quality ideas, copy, and content, collaborating closely with various teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

In Short

• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Medical teams.
• Lead and execute long- and short-form copy across various media.
• Write compelling content informed by scientific data.
• Align copy with brand goals and strategies.
• Manage direct reports and mentor junior team members.
• Present work internally and to clients.
• Review and mark up copy changes on layouts.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Submit a portfolio with creative agency work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of copywriting experience in agency and pharmaceutical advertising.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience writing for oncology or rare disease products.
• Strong collaboration skills with Art partners.
• Ability to think critically and creatively solve problems.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to create clear pharmaceutical and healthcare copy.
• Experience with regulatory submissions.
