  • 1-2 years of related industry experience, ad agency experience preferred.
  • Industry-related internship a plus.
  • Proficient with business software (MS Office).
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Driven with a high level of accountability.
  • Curiosity about business and multichannel marketing.
  • Resourceful and proactive in solving problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
