Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in managing treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain various postures.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively.
• Supervise staff effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
