Projects Manager - Remote

Overview

The Projects Manager will direct and oversee projects throughout their lifecycle, serving as the liaison between Atlantic Emergency Solutions’ employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors.

• Direct and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Serve as a liaison among employees, customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide onsite support and communicate with internal and external representatives.
• Document inspections electronically and maintain organized folders for projects.
• Travel between multiple plant locations for inspections.
• Assist with inspections and workflow management.
• Create photo journals during the build process.
• Stay updated with manufacturing and production changes.
• Perform factory tours for represented brands.
• Other duties as requested.

Requirements

• High School diploma and four years of related experience.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Superb organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
