Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in project management for hydroelectric projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydroelectric technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
