Overview

Applied ABA Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team, playing a critical role in designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.
• Design and implement data-driven ABA interventions.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA.
• Participate in team meetings and internal training programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience supervising and training RBTs or paraprofessionals.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred knowledge of insurance funding processes.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
