Overview

We’re currently expanding our national remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in customer success. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive top-tier support—no previous experience required.

In Short

  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls
  • Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options
  • Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems
  • Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow

Requirements

  • You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No previous insurance or customer service experience? That’s okay—we train you.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
  • Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems
